Crystalized Palm Sugar is a variety of export quality brown sugar product which is usually known as Palm Sugaror Brown Sugar.
The difference between this product and other types of crystalized palm sugar is that NIRA Palm Sugar is extracted directy from the palm trees, without any use of preservation, coloration or other artificial substances. This hygienic product contains all nutrition for body development and metabolism as vitamins, iron and enzym are included within. Crystalized Palm Sugar taste like caramel, where its source, the palm trees, grew in the tropical side of the globe, especially in Indonesia.
